Shipping

All orders will be packaged and shipped in one to two business days after payment completion.

At the moment we offer only Standard Postal Service shipping.

If you are interested in different kind of shipping (UPS, DHL, FedEx …) please contact us using the contact form and we will do our best to accommodate you on an individual basis.

Warranty

We offer 2 year limited warranty on all our products.

Defects in materials , as well as defects in workmanship are covered under warranty.

Warranty doesn’t cover damages by improper product use, normal wear and tear, overuse, misuse or neglect, these cases do not qualify for warranty.

Any items purchased from sample sales are excluded from eligibility. Warranty timelines may differ but usually won’t be longer than 30 days.

Returns

We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for an online store credit. If you have any questions about your product or return, we are here to help. Please contact us before sending your return.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

International Returns

International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. QPUCK does not cover the cost of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.
